Family - - Like a Blur

We spent the weekend in Nashville, TN at Opryland Hotel, visiting with Missy's family. Uncle Dayne and Aunt Beth showed up. Bradley loved being held by his Aunt Beth and loved laughing with Uncle Dayne while he read him stories. And, Aunt Beth's been keeping a secret that she is great with kids. Bradley did not cry for one second in Aunt Beth's arms and actually appeared to nod off for a second or two. He also loved Aunt Beth playing with his hands!

We had to bust out of Nashville early Sunday (Mommy's birthday) as Bradley came down with the Croup (coughing, coughing, coughing which he had started on Friday). At 2 AM, we learned from the internet (National Institute of Health website) that Croup is cured by taking him outside in the cold air bundled up. We tried sitting in a room with a hot shower, and that didn't work. So, we took him outside and the cold air fixed his upper respiratory tract until we could get home.

A short trip, but a good time!
