First T-Ball Practice!

T-Ball for two year olds is pretty much what you might expect. No attention spans, sweat and tears. It's hard to teach kids that waiting their turn is most of the game of baseball. Bradley did hit the ball from the tee and ran the bases upon being coaxed, but he also found a barn to sweep, a basket he wanted to shoot on and a soccer net he preferred to throw the ball through and say he got points. Our stories about his hero Babe Ruth did not get through to him.

One parent asked the coach if they would play a "game" at the end of the season. Are you kidding me?? The coach politely said, yes, sort of, but it doesn't really ever go well.
