This Kid

This kid starts kindergarten this week. He says amazing things every day. The way his mind works never ceases to amaze us. He says he is excited, but a little bit nervous about starting kindergarten. That makes three of us, but we are mostly excited. He still has his reading amazingness, reading at probably a fifth grade level. And now, he outsmarts us at our own games. He insists he has a force field at rock paper scissors.

Sure, he has his moments and temper tantrums, but when he is at his sweetest, there's no one sweeter. He shares, he helps his sister, he helps his mom and dad, and he knows the difference between right and wrong. We are proud of you, big boy.
